Our Bavarian Inn signature product. Stollen was traditionally a German bread eaten during the Christmas season but soon became a favorite and is offered year-round now. The soft white bread is filled with dried candied fruit of pineapple, cherries, raisins, cashew nuts, spices, and a citrus zest we hand grind. Delicious all alone or toasted with just a little butter. This is the original recipe just like Dorothy made it at home!
